Located upstairs within Mercury Arena, the Arena Suites boast top-range media equipment and can be configured to suit any occasion such as a meeting, virtual event or seminar.
This upstairs event space was designed with flexibility and functionality in mind. The four inter-connectable rooms can be hired individually or together to meet the capacity needs of your event. The suites are also complimented with an external circulation area that can be used for registration desks, trade displays or catering.
Each of the four suites offer extensive layout options and are equipped with state-of-the-art media facilities. Projectors, screens, sound-systems and high-speed internet access are all included in the space (at an additional cost). With virtual events on the rise, these suites are the perfect venue for events that have complex technological requirements.
Two of our suites boast stunning views of Papamoa Hills and Mount Maunganui and enjoy an atmospheric natural light. Our Combined Suites often host theatre performances, large conferences, award shows and trade displays while smaller meetings, conferences and seminars are comfortably catered to in the Individual Suites.
The Mercury Arena Suites feature modern amenities, flexible layout configurations and a classic design. Accommodating anywhere from 92 people in the Individual Suites, to 368 in the Combined Suites, these rooms are well suited to a wide range of professional events.
